It's pretty hard to keep calm and carry on when your smacked in the moosh with a Cancer diagnosis. It’s a total shocker, a messed up moment when time stands still and your head falls off, but oddly, after the initial shock of it all, I did just that.

My body went full throttle into fight mode, I got prepped for the biggest battle of my life and told myself I was going to beat the bastard. Determined to give Cancer the biggest F**k You, I assembled an amazing squad of support and powered through.

 

My Diagnosis of Hodgkins Lymphoma came in early April 2018 but after just two rounds of Chemotherapy I was given the amazing news that the Cancer had all gone #winning! Still having to complete my full cycle of treatment and slowly coming to terms with the emotional madness I had just been through, I decided to write down my journey.

This blog documents what it’s like to get diagnosed with Cancer and both the physical and emotional roller coaster that follows.
